Handmade wheel-thrown incense holder finished with a beautiful, Rockpool blue matt stoneware glaze.
Diameter 10 - 11cm
We aim to make pottery that is both beautiful and 'inspired by nature' with all our forms and glazes based on our local landscape and coast. This particular glaze is based on the stunning sea blues that can be found on the north coast of Cornwall.
We spend time taking photos of the areas that we visit around Devon and Cornwall and use them to create beautiful forms blending and matching glazes to capture its essence.
As all our work is hand thrown in our own studio in Devon each piece is unique, due to the glaze, form thrown and finish. Each Piece may vary slightly in size and colour pattern.
We take great care to ensure all our work is environmentally friendly. We recycle all our clay as well as fire in ultra-efficient kilns to reduce electricity. Orders are packaged using cardboard boxes and wood wool or corn starch packing peanuts to reduce our environmental impact.
